Death Sends Butterfly Portents
"If the first butterfly you see in Spring is yellow, you will become gravely ill"
This is how the saying goes, but only Death knew the reality of fortune telling. Death stretched their roots and yawned, waking from Winter dormancy with the rest of the garden. The Anemones were growing and it was time to send out this year's portents. Gathering their magic, Death summoned the flutter of yellow wings and released the predictions of impending romantic love into the cool breeze and smiled.
